Playing around on my 'test' site, late into the night and installed this plugin. Without seeing this post. I can also confirm, that it blew my site up and needs addressing.

The videos protrude over the right edge when I look at the forum pages with my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge). The pages are pushed together to about 80%. This is also the case with the default settings for the width and height of the videos.
How can I change it so that the videos automatically adjust to the width of the forum?

Right now they are based on fixed width for most of the videos unless the built in code supports responsive.

Oh, ok.
I've disabled embedding in mobile devices now, so that the videos in such now are played with the ElkArte player.

There is a problem with the recognition of just a youtube channel and not posting a youtube video,
see here this example:
It thinks I have posted a link to a youtube video,
but actually it was just the link to a user´s Youtube channel...

I installed the simple video/image addon OK but no new icon or anything shows on the new post page for it. What have I missed please?

To use you just post the video site url into your post. Make sure you checked all the video settings in the admin setting of the mod that you wish to embed.
