[SOLVED] Could you please stop automatically relicensing my code? May 04, 2018, 03:16:16 pm We get it: There are snowflakes on the internet which start crying when they see a four-letter word. (Ha, "four" has four letters!)But: The automatic word replacer on ElkArte.net makes wrong assumptions about the context.Easy example: I usually license my code under the terms of the WTFPL.However, I am NOT able to reproduce the license text here:Quote DO WHAT THE gently caress YOU WANT TO PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2, December 2004 Copyright (C) 2092 etc. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim or modified copies of this license document, and changing it is allowed as long as the name is changed. DO WHAT THE gently caress YOU WANT TO PUBLIC LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION 0. You just DO WHAT THE gently caress YOU WANT TO.Legally speaking, you are relicensing my code by doing that.Even more legally speaking, the WTFPL allows that.I am still not happy about that. Please fix it.

Your copyright isn’t valid in some countries though as it states ‘Public Domain’ Norway and Germany are two where this wouldn’t be applicable.
