When i click in the admin panel on Current theme it's Themes settings that displays !
I think it's new : if remember i have already gone to this page. Not sure.

I seem to remember it's always been like that.
The entry of the menu is just a shortcut for the settings of the current theme (unless my memory is gone as usual).
Ok, thank you. It's not a problem. Just to know.
