Hi all,
I am using a small Linode vps to host my forums and I did not installed a mail server to keep it light and fast. I use OVH to register my domains, it's cheap and is working fine.
As email I am using my old shared hosting, but in these days I found OVH can offer an MX plan to host emails, it's only 5€ one time fee, no renew is needed. I think it's a good price if you keep into consideration that using gmail will cost 4$/month. So for 5€ + VAT you will get 1 postmaster@domain.tld and 4 emails at 5GB to use with your domain.

hope this could be useful for someone.
p.s. as a free alternative I only found ZOHOmail, but I couldn't create more than 1 free email address.
Where is its promo page? I couldn't find it.
It's under the control panel if you have an account from OVH
So, it's only for account holder. Thanks for the info.
yes, the domain needs to be registered with OVH to order an MX plan
OVH is a domain registrar ?
yep, and is one of "the big players" . As you can see from my screenshot, in our company we have 97 domains registered with OVH.
