I have a text in a font I can't find any more.
Unfortunately, I converted the font to a path in inkscape, so I have no means to know the name, I just know the shape of some letters (see attachments, I have few other letters, but the pattern should be visible already).
I tried few online tools to recognize fonts, but the number of letters is either too small or the tools are not smart enough to find it.
So, do you have any idea of what font it could be?
It may actually be a font coming from some Microsoft suite (office 201x) I received in a pdf or something.
Anyway, if you have any news about it, you'll be rewarded with moar bugz in ElkArte!! :P
Not sure, if this is exactly the same font? http://www.fontbros.com/families/generation-b/styles/regular
No...it is not the same...
I tried what the font and the results were

If you still have the original pdf, the font should be embedded. If you open the file with Adobe Reader -> right click -> Properties -> Fonts you will see the list of embedded fonts.
If you don't have the original file you may ask on https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/forum/
I used that forum once and I got an answer in a few hours
I can't see the myfonts result you posted meetilip.
Ruth that one is pretty close indeed!
If I can't find anything with less wide ends it could very well be an option. :D
I feel it was on the pendrive I formatted a while ago and lost a couple of days ago... xD
/me blames himself for not doing enough backups! :'( :'( :'(
Thanks!
I just posted at dafont (I never realized there was a forum lol), but I'll post it here as well, the more the better!! :D

glad you solved ;;)
Also myfonts.com forums are doing a great job, here is my solved case https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/forum/case/646354/
The new photoshop update can analyse the photo of a font and tell you what it is :)
That's a very expensive software.
Good to know but Emanuele is using Linux...
I'm only saying that for someone in the future that's having an active adobe subscription :)
