Title: 1.1b4 lightbox image will not close

Click an attached image, the image expands as expected.  It hangs open.  Clicking the expand icon, or anywhere else, does not close the image.  Only a page refresh closes the image.  Is this a bug, or something I've done wrong?  Thanks!   8)

It happened when I converted things over to jQuery 3 .... fixed it here: https://github.com/elkarte/Elkarte/pull/2786/commits/75c941ca016dcbb368fe623cc74be1ef221d65ef
and also tweaked a couple of minor things in that function.
