Inherit boards visibility

Usually boards are set up so that each of them has visibility (access permission) different for any of them.
That's nice.
Though, many admins do not realise (or maybe just forget for some reason at some point) that if a parent board is not visible to a group, it doesn't mean any of its child boards is not visible as well.

So, what I was thinking it to give an option (actually two) to allow a board to inherit the visibility from its parent (and maybe to propagate it to its children).

I'm not thinking of doing this "at runtime", but when boards are created/modified/moved.

Have the inheriting on by default would probably be the best setting.

Seems like people would expect that a child board of a restricted parent board would also be restricted,  if thats what you are indicating to set up as default

If the changes look safe-ish we can sneak it in, not sure whats involved since I have not looked at this at all.
