Title: The website repo

I just updated the elkarte.net (https://github.com/elkarte/elkarte.net) repo at github with what I think is the current structure of the site (it's probably not exactly it, but it should do the work).

I think it can be used as an "official" repo and if anyone want to fix, add or remove something, he can fork&pull-request. In that specific case then someone will review and push if in accordance to blabla[1]. Then when @Spuds will pass by he can move live. :P
1 No idea exactly what blabla means in that context but we will work it out sooner or later. :P↵
