Put somewhere a note about mobile friendliness

Apparently google is starting to give more emphasis to mobile friendliness.
Elk looks mobile friendly according to google:

I feel it may be nice to highlight it a bit. O:-)

I already noticed that before switching to Elkarte ;) If you try to do a google search from mobile you will also notice that google add "Mobile friendly" to the results for an elkarte forum.

I said before, responsive theme was one of the main features that made me convert.

radu Radu remebers that 1-2 years ago said on SM.org and dzinerestudio forums that responsive is the future, but only a few members agreed
sorry for my bad english

My forum shows up as  mobile friendly on  Google as well.

It automatically shows the forum index instead of the portal :)

Responsiveness was my main criteria for picking Elkarte.
