Review Plugin

Just leaving my idea here about having a " Review " plugin for ElkArte. Most popular forum scripts have an addon which allows users to leave reveiws on various products and services. I am not sure how difficult is it to make one, but as always there is nothing team ElkArte can't do

When i used MyBB i was using this plugin and i like to see similar one in ElkArte.
