Wrong link in look up IP AFRINIC

if you look up an IP using AFRINIC service it brings you to:

https://www.afrinic.net/cgi-bin/whois?searchtext=x (returns 404 error)
instead of
https://www.afrinic.net/whois?searchtext=X
where x is the ip address
