Notification with content

When I set up notification for a thread, I only get a message starting with

Quote A reply has been posted to a topic you are watching by test.

But for using reply by email the content is necessary. How do I accomplish that?

Go to Admin > Configuration > Features and Options > General > and uncheck "Don't allow post text in notifications"
