I don't know if this was already mentioned, I saw other reports related to custom fields... I noticed that once translated gender fields are not visible. If I use the browser inspector i see:

<dd><i class="icon i-maschio" title="maschio"><s>maschio</s></i></dd>

In this case the class should remain "icon i-male" (maschio is the italian translation for male field)

The fix will be included in 1.1.4 (some testing would help). :)
