So, if google translate is helping here, the summary is that facebook page publishers/owners will be considered co-responsible in case of breaches of the GDPR the FB collects statistics and the owner can access some of them. And the facebook pages do not have an "opt-in" for statistics, and as such are in breach of the GDPR.
And this is a judgment by the European Court of Justice.
Sounds right the summary?
I understand the reasoning, and under certain conditions it could be considered correct, but... meh, it looks like quite a long stretch TBH.
I understand the will to go against the commercialization of profiling data, but honestly even for an half-paranoid like me it's becoming a bit too much.

BTW, slightly unrelated, I wonder why nobody has yet taken the opportunity to spam around emails seeking consent to services you are not subscribed to. xD
