Posted from a mobile device

Along with the IP of the user, it would be nice to have a tag showing the device from which user made the post. It could be

1. Visible to all users

2. Visible only to moderators and above

3. Visible only to admins

4. Displays full device name and browser

5. Will simply say " Posted from a mobile device "
