Full site only

Is there a setting or addon to display the full site only i.e. not responsive to the screen size

To be honest I don't know if there is such a setting in elkarte and I am wondering why would you do that?
You can choose in your mobile browser to see the "Desktop version"

I'm happy with the way it works, just had one user request it - there are sites where you can set it to the full site so when you reload it next time it defaults to that.  Personally I keep all my sites open anyway so never have to change anything.

Nope.
The visualization is defined by the css alone and there is no setting to change it. Sorry.

You would have to remove all of the media query's in the CSS to remove the responsive actions.
