Should we enable " Like " for it to become active ?

I made a live forum using RC2. Now neither as admin, or as normal user, I get an option to like the post. How can I enable likes for all member groups ?

Ok, found it under " Core features ".

Would be nice. Like should be opt out that opt in.

Seems so ... probably one of items that more folks would have on then off ... so start out with what most sites would do.
