Delete/edit comments on moderation reports

Delete/edit comments on moderation reports

In the moderation center, it's not possible to edit/delete the comments from moderators to reported posts.
They should.
And maybe... one day... we may have a "commenting framework" that could deal with any kind of commenting. xD

Why not just use the same post framework? Aren't they just posts?
