Bitcoin subscriptions

It should now be easier to support bitcoin payments as per example on http://popeller.io/index.php/2015/11/16/proof-of-payment-explained/, using bitcoin's new proof-of-payment mechanism and Mycelium bitcoin wallet https://mycelium.com/mycelium-wallet.html

Would be awesome to have this for forums using a subscription model.

Another use case: https://bitcointalk.org/ has a feature that makes users from banned IP addresses pay a penalty in bitcoin
before they can log in or sign up.

It could be an interesting exercise!
Honestly I'm not sure what it takes, I'm not expert in the payment section.
