Title: Reports closed when message deleted?

I don't remember the exact behaviour: should a report be automatically closed if the reported message is deleted?

I don't think so. A user can be posting bad things and then removing them, but that user still deserves punishment.

You should be able to close all reports from a message or topic though. That would make it easier.
