Migrate from local to my online web server.

How to migrate my forum installed locally on my web server. what are the files to modify so that once online it works correctly0
Quand j'essai d'installer directement en ligne ça me donne un message d'erreur sur la paermission du fichier ''Settings.php'' alors que je suis aller meme jusqu'a donner une permission 777 au fichier et à tout le dossier mais j'ai toujour cette erreur.

May indicate that the forum directory permissions are off ...

try  755 on the directory and/or chgrp to what the web server is running under.
