Move to js-only for quick moderation?

Anyone against moving the quick moderation to a "js-only" setup?
Meaning: 1) UI fully built in JS, 2) AJAX actions only, 3) with some expandability built in.

I'm still wondering if we need 2 ways of dealing with quick moderation... :shrugs:
