Ning importer

I know it is not in the list of forums that OpenImporter says it will work with but is there any chance it would convert a Ning Network Forum to ElkArte? I've never used Ning so I know nothing about it but someone has asked me about wanting to convert their forum to ElkArte.

After a quick search I found that Ning allows you to export only members to a CSV file, not entire database. Ning is a hosted forum like forumotion or proboards

Probably you can convert it first to phpBB than to elkarte
