minor template inconsistency



Pages and dropdown are inside the blue frame above and outside below.

I think we mostly have them outside the frame in other places ... don't know if one is more correct (in terms of UI or something) than another but certainly should be consistent.

There is no more frame, so...I guess it can be considered fixed. :P
