Verification Issues

Seems with new install on 1.1.8 I can't set up verification questions.

That could be a theme issue ... try having the admin account use the standard theme and see if you still have the problem.

Nope just tried it on separation w/o issue (chrome) off to check Fx

ETA: Fx worked fine as well.  The only problem I could create was with JS off, which is a no no in the ACP anyway.  So I currently don't understand what is happening.

Is there a warning on the browser url section? Wondering if your browser is thinking some csrf is going on and is blocking JavaScript or similar from running. Mine does that if I have one as https and one as http, essentially misconfigure it.
