Now I realise there is a tiny bit missing: quote to an existing topic! O_O lol

The best moment for testing your PR is right after you merge it. Can't miss with that one.

I could not decide if there should be another item in the quote dropdown, i.e. the default action of the quote button itself.

That would make it like the more button in that the default action of more is modify, but modify its also available in the dropdown.

That's something I don't know yet... :P
Well, something like the "merge" interface could do the trick (of course it's just a "think in progress" type of thing lol).

Yeah, dunno...

TBH, the "more" button is a bit strange with a "modify" on it...
