Like "are you sure?"

With the ajax like is pretty easy (at least for me) to misclick the just-given like and have to re-like it.
It may be worth a warning for few seconds after the first like has been added, a sort of no-spam or even a no-spam alert actually.

Maybe for 1.0 directly as well...

Sounds interesting... I think one should even do it client side, might save us some server queries
