Drop Topic moved topic/shadow for Notification to Participants.

So I have been thinking about moved topics and their shadows, couldn't a notification be sent to the topic starter and any other participants/subscribers?

Then everything stays nice and tidy.

Just a thought.

Good point.
Maybe let decide case by case because I guess spammer do not deserve to be informed their topic has been deleted.
