Elk addons and themes

Just a quick heads-up. :)
I have initiated the repositories for addons and themes. Currently under norv user, pending transfer on elkarte.

I didn't make the first addons (and/or conversions from smf) yet. For themes I stole Spuds' classic with a git trick.

Update:
Themes: https://github.com/elkarte/themes
Addons: https://github.com/elkarte/addons

The best moment for testing your PR is right after you merge it. Can't miss with that one.

Sounds good :)

Whatever you do with the add-ons, I found it a great help to actually build add-ons while working on the add-ons system, so I had a sort of reference to make work, if that makes sense.

This default avatar is cool! Dunno why Ema doesn't like it, but it's fun! :)

Even though I posted in this topic, I didn't realise there was a themes repo... lol
