Calendar error

Whenever I try to add a calendar event and click submit I get this:
Unknown named parameter $topic_info

Here is the error log:

What version of PHP is your site running?

What steps are you doing to add the event (there are a few ways, so we need to know which path)

What are your calendar settings in the admin panel?
