Integration Hooks

Hello!

Please, can somebody explain the "Integration Hooks"? O:-)

I don't know what to do with this feature. Do I need it?

If you don't know what it is, you don't need it. :P

Joking aside, it's more for "development"/"advanced users" and at the moment (for the way Elk is working) is not really entirely helpful.

Addons should use (mostly) "hooks" in order to add new functionalities and avoid to have to edit the code of the "core" application.
This "feature" enables you to disable a certain hook of a certain addon. In normal usage is plain useless. In case of problems it may be useful.
Bugs creator.
Features destroyer.
Template killer.

Yes...I do agree with this... ;D

But I was not sure about the way this feature is going to work, therefore I asked.
Thank you for the explaination, emanuele!
