A quite easy way to do it would be to add to custom.css (<= /me wants a replace to the topic that explains it

) something like this:

.poster .name {
    background-image: url(http://i.imgur.com/zb9b0tx.gif) !important;
    background-repeat: no-repeat !important;
    background-position: center !important;
}
