There are a couple of possibilities:1) you register at https://www.transifex.com/ and go to https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/elkarte/language/ru_RU/ and upload the files, this will automatically update the strings (I don't think we have to authorize you, but I may be wrong),2) you attach the package here and someone will take care of uploading it.
