I did not write this into bug reports as the homepage is not included into the core of ElkArte.
Please have a look at the menu buttons in homepage, they are much smaller than the buttons on ElkArte forum. I attach a screenshot
Seems to be related to the fact bootstra.css is loaded after any other css...
