"Like Stats" entry shows up in Home/Community menu even when likes are disabled.

As title says.  "Like Stats" entry shows up in Home/Community menu even when likes are disabled.  Click on it takes one to an exciting page that says this feature is disabled.  Probably shouldn't be in the menu if likes are disabled.
