Reorganizing the error log

I'd like some feedback on this reorganization. The idea is to put important stuff on the left, and meta info on the right.

It seems to make sense to me!
The problem could be with very long URLs or file names (but usually are URLs) that may push things around.

It's a fixed width table. The URI goes to another line.
