[Theme] EAflat

As @spuds pointed out I ported the SMFflat theme which wasn't bad to port (there were few complications). I added some extra bits which I though that they would look better on ElkArte itself, so it isn't exactly the same theme as it's SMF version.

Because it is a premium and my most popular theme on SMF this has to be also premium on ElkArte - otherwise I wouldn't be fair to the people that bought it.

There are still few bits that need some fixing and adjusting, but that's why it's on my elkartestudio forum to catch them out.

I noticed that the buttons like print and "go" aren't flat. Was that on purpose?

The theme will have more changes as it's not finished yet. Those buttons may have small adjustment.

Thank you! I made some changes again, so the buttons are now flat as well as the other elements got flatter and new rank images were added :)

Oh and as always there are .PSD files for logo and menu buttons for extra further customisation.

I like the menu and how colors are mixed. Great job!
