Elkarte Light 1.1 - No Icon for Home

Home needs an icon. Or community needs a different icon so home can be a house. Maybe community is a condo building? :P

Looks better that way. New icons on other buttons are megafugly.

I don't think those icons changed, they are just SVG versions of the same font  awesome ones used in 1.0  ... Not saying I like the use of them in all the other places where they were png's in 1.0 though

No the icons changed in color scheme and I think outline.  As someone with vision contrast issues the new icons at the top in Light are bad.  White with gray outline on gray.  Ugh.

Yeah, they've got a drop shadow. I think it's better without, too.

If icons are not acceptable, what would suggest for the mobile menu  ... I don't think the text will fit.

I'm not saying icons are not acceptable (for mobile) just that the new super low contrast color scheme is unacceptable.  I believe they were green on grey on 1.0.x and now are white on gray in 1.1.

nods ... I agree that they need to return at least to the look of 1.0, but just be SVG instead of fa la la fa-blabla

Puh, I don't like the shadow icons of 1.1 and I don't like the board icons too. And the house is too big.  :(
