Cannot access Mail List settings

Hi, on the process finding how to change the forum email address (to use with SMTP). And I cannot found the settings page, so I use search and there were some results.

But when I clicked the link it only opened the default administration page.

I check the error log:
Code: [Select]
2: Parameter 1 to GHF_Mid() expected to be a reference, value given
https://my_doamin.com/index.php?action=admin;area=maillist;sa=emailsettings;f2c5e8109=0910ff043fac7f1130003dbab54a95b8

I tried to open the link manually in the browser and failed too.

this happened on both forum with different server stacks[1].

I don't think that is one of ElkArte's functions, looks like an addon may be causing the issue.
