404 Not Found - The resource requested could not be found on this server ?

Hello,

I upload some files using cpanel... If I put the file in  public_html/myfolder/myfile
I get "404 Not Found - The resource requested could not be found on this server".

I figure it out.
My folders have Diacritical mark. For some reason the web browser couldn't open the Diacritical mark folder to access the files.

Is there a work around for this issue?
