Position to New Post: 2.0 Beta 1

Something else to look into, @Spuds

Noticed this here.
When go to a topic with "new" it does not always scroll to the new post, but a couple above it.
Had just had this happen with the Gallery topic.
It also stopped at same post above after my reply there, as it did when went to topic.

I've added something that may fix this, time will tell.
