[Theme] TypographyStyle

I've ported one of flagship themes to elkarte, currently there are small things to fix (and I got annoyed with the code I wrote), so it's still under finishing. It's a premium theme on smf, so I'm afraid it would need to be elkarte premium.

@emanuele has the image preview broke? When I click on the image nothing happens.

That looks like a bug present since a long ago actually... $:-\$
