Bad Behaviour default setting

Well, in my way of thinking if a option has a default of 'On' and a check box, then the box should be found checked when the user first goes to that option.  In this case it is the 'Enable Logging' option; upon first entry to the Bad Behaviour page ( after the initial site install ) the check box is empty.

A meh kind of thing, I just felt it should already be checked if it is 'On' by default.

I think we should remove those default on/off text strings from that screen, what help is that anyway (and yes I did that :P )

Yes that should be enabled by default, need to tweak the install script to set it I think (yup, its off in the install script, will make a PR with that update)
