Bots says Hmm...no idea

Attached the screenshot of it, 2 days back i enabled SimpleSef. Is it due to it?

It's an action that they are not allowed to see (for example you just removed to guests the permission to see the profiles, any url pointing to any section of the profile now is a "hmm... no idea" because they see just a login form) or some action that doesn't have a description.
