Something else to look into, @Spuds

Noticed this here.
When go to a topic with "new" it does not always scroll to the new post, but a couple above it.
Had just had this happen with the Gallery topic.
It also stopped at same post above after my reply there, as it did when went to topic.

Already had done so, but still get that when view item.
They can see the gallery, just not the items pages.

Double check the media permissions, there are "a bunch" of them to get right.  The "Groups that can view the gallery" needs to have the right settings.  Also make sure the album itself has the correct view settings.

That fixed it for the admin, but now guests and maybe members, not sure as not have them, can't see the item. They get:
